Wedding reception venues???

Looking for a venue in East London / Esssex area for next summer.
Have done a bit of searching on the net but not found much that is suitable.
Looking for something nice and a bit quirky, dining for around a100, dancefloor / soundsystem, late licence on a Sunday, not too expensive.
Realistic, any ideas??

Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green can do receptions i think. Check their website...amazing old building if you looking for something a bit different.
Shoreditch town hall also has spaces of various sizes.
Not sure on prices.

Wedding reception
The spectacular Great Hall can seat up to 86 guests for the wedding reception and the newly converted Coach House can seat up to 110 guests. As we offer exclusive use of the entire house you can also invite up to 250 guests for the evening wedding reception and party.

Went to the re-launch of BWP Epping Forest Hotel, it has wedding suite over looking Epping Forest, based in Woodford Green, top place for wedding

Cheers will have a look at some of the suggestions, the others we already have, keep em coming.
The problem is the late licence on a Sunday as we want to have a party with our friends once all the families have gone at 11 ish, so looking for at least midnight or 1am.

New Function Hall
The Willows in Fairlop/ Hainault, went to the opening very nice place, has grounds, so if its Summer kids can play on grass..
